My Story



HOW DOLCE & PICA WAS CREATED 

Born in Houston and raised in Laredo, Texas, I grew up surrounded by the rich, vibrant flavors of Mexican candy. Living near the border meant Chamoy, tamarindo, and all those sweet, spicy, and tangy treats were part of everyday life and honestly, part of who I am.

What started as a childhood obsession quickly grew into a lifelong love. I’ve always been fascinated by the bold flavors, the bright colors, and the nostalgia that come with every bite. What began in my kitchen as a fun idea has blossomed into something so much bigger a brand built on flavor, culture, and community. That’s how Dolce & Pica was born.

Fueled by passion (and a serious sweet tooth), I created Dolce & Pica to bring people the same mouthwatering flavors I grew up with  made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of love. Every mix, every order, and every candy bag is crafted with intention and attention to detail.

At Dolce & Pica, we’re more than just candy we’re an experience. From our signature Chamoy-covered creations to our sour, spicy, and sweet combos, our goal is to bring back that spark of joy, the kind I felt as a kid discovering those bold Mexican flavors for the very first time.

This brand is so much more than candy  it’s a piece of my story, my culture, and my heart poured into every mix. What started as a childhood passion has grown into a dream come true, and it’s all because of you.
