Chamoy is a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy Mexican sauce that's amazing on fruit, drinks, pickles, candy, and a million other things.
I ORDERED A FEW DAYS AGO, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Production/Processing is about 7-10 business days when the order is placed. After that it can take USPS 2-3 days to get the package to you. Keep in mind that shipping delays can happen due to bad weather and other reasons out of my control.
I CAN'T FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER:
If you used an email when placing your order, a tracking number will be sent to that email the moment your order ships. Please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't get lost in there.
I USED THE WRONG ADDRESS:
If your order has not been shipped, please send me an email and I will correct it for you.
MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED AND I USED THE WRONG ADDRESS:
Once an order has been shipped, you will need to contact your local USPS so they can correct it before it arrives.
